I guess those doors are just "old" stock and still had the ashtrays in them ... Then again, the largest markets for those Death-selling companies remains in Asia, so those poor asians coming to US/Canada haven't yet had a taste of smoke detectors going off in the plane, when they wanted they fix after a 10+ hour flight ...
